By installing or playing Flat Peaks, you agree to these terms, between you and Cyclamen Studio, the game's publisher. They are short on purpose.
Your licence
You may install and play Flat Peaks on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. This licence is personal to you and cannot be transferred.
What you may not do
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the game or its files.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble it, except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted.
- Extract the artwork, music, or other assets for use in your own projects.
Ownership
Flat Peaks, including its source code, artwork, and name, remains the property of Cyclamen Studio. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any of it to you.
Your saved games
Your progress is stored on your own device and belongs to you. It is also your responsibility — because it never leaves your device, it cannot be recovered by us if the device is lost, reset, or the app is uninstalled.
No warranty
Flat Peaks is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Flat Peaks, including lost saved games or any effect on your device.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty or liability exclusions, so parts of the two sections above may not apply to you. Nothing here limits rights you hold under mandatory consumer law.
Changes
These terms may change as the game develops. The revision date above will change when they do, and continuing to play after that means accepting the new version.
